My first time in Grass Valley and checked out this place. Wow the food is great and Rafael rocks. He made sure we’re enjoying our great dinner. Great service. There’re lots of people but the service was still fast. The sea bass, special for the day was awesome. The pianist plays real nice music too.

Hubby loved the lasagna and I love their tritip salad add goat cheese and roasted pecans. Love the atmosphere and staff. The owner is a gem.

Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in Grass Valley. Service is friendly, and the food has always been delicious. There is an option for outside dining so a great place to relax and enjoy some tasty Italian cuisine. There is a full bar and in my opinion the dinner menu is superior to the lunch option. Prices are fair and the portions are generous. A great place be it a romantic date or a business lunch.

I will never ever spend a penny here again. After being funded through a loan by the city of Grass Valley this place is giving the middle finger to this community. Our safety is obviously of no concern to them.

The stop when you come to Grass Valley. White bean with Italian sausage soup along with the Apple salad. Yum!!

Ah Sergio's... If only they would hang some banners and deaden the noise. Mostly very good, but you can hit a really bad night and I haven't figured out the rythem of that issue. I like the wine by the glass selection, and yes a good menu too with knowagleable staff. But the risk of hitting an off night is too high, and with the newly opened excellent Owl (Watershed) across the street... I'll go there.

First class service, great food - pasta and salad especially - fine wine selection.

Fantastic meals in our group of 7. Haven't been to Sergio's for several years, and was very impressed with the meals, salmon, halibut, shrimp, crab cakes, crispy salads, wine selection. Our waiter Jordan was outstanding. We'll be back.......

There oso buco was amazing very friendly staff a bit on the pricey side but worth it

Crowded though nice. Good Italian atmosphere. Presentation was a little lacking and Piccata sauce was on the sweet side. Wines a little overpriced and it was obvious of the measurements. So the service was great and otherwise the food was excellent.

Wonderfully warm and inviting open dining room with bar. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent alfredo sauce and great salmon. Large selection of beers and wines, locals' brews included. Reservations are a good idea for dinner if more than two. Enjoy!

Every time I go to Sergio's, I walk away with a smile on my face. Today was no different, when our waitress suggested rack of lamb, my order changed from fettuccine with chicken to the lamb. The chef's created a magnificent flavor, complete with roasted potatoes carrots and other veggies. The lemonade was refreshing. Thank you Sergio for coming up from Argentina, and creating this wonderful respite.

One of the best restaurants in the area. Amazing food, excellent presentation, and priced right! If you haven’t been here, you’re missing out. The Panna cotta is by far top three deserts I’ve ever had.

I've enjoyed this spot for years. However since they are defying local COVID hygienic/safety rules, I can only leave 1 star. Do not support businesses that are spreading COVID in our community. It's hard for everyone right now.. but the last thing we need is more sick and dying people in our families.

Don’t go here if you want any semblance of social distancing or sanitation. People were packed in, literally breathing over our shoulders at one point w/ no staff mngmnt of distance, about 1/3 of staff w/ no masks, little cleaning of tables in between groips. Oh, and our dinner took a full hour to arrive. Food was decent but way overpriced. Won’t go back, regardless of covid.

We went here for our anniversary dinner! The food was absolutely amazing. The staff was very nice and it was such a beautiful atmosphere. It definitely comes highly recommended. They serve Italian cuisine and serve soda, Italian sodas, beer, and wine. It is mid range on pricing but well worth it. Thank you Sergio and Lena for creating such an amazing restaurant!

The smoked salmon salad balances tart capers, tomatoes, and vinaigrette dressing with potent smoked salmon and moderating sliced boiled eggs for a stimulating, filling entree. Our risotto piscatore was savory without obscuring the flavor of the various seafood within. With the crisp garlic bread and light, tender calemare, we had no room for dessert.

Everything was exquisite! The friendly, knowledgeable staff, fresh ingredients and traditional decor will amaze you!

Excellent food and excellent service. Our waiter waiter was Chad who can was very professional and solicitous.

Probably one of my three favorite restaurants in the entire world. This is our third visit and it just keeps getting better. Service by an attractive (bordering on wildly gorgeous!) wait staff, foods and libations served up in style plus an upbeat, relaxed atmosphere never disappoint. Several daily specials are always available to tempt the palate, and resistance is futile, so enjoy!

Excellent, attentive service from Alyssa. Really enjoyed our time on the patio with our pups. Sorry if we left too many of their magic fibers behind. Thanks for welcoming us. 🐾🐾

I've had both good and mediocre experiences. When it's good it's really really good.

My husband had a good steak, but my almond crusted halibut was awful! Mushy and did not taste fresh. Don't order the specials. I think they use old food for them. Staff was great tho.

Celebrated my birthday here with friends and it was perfect. Our waiter was exceptional and the food was wonderful. They sang me a Happy Birthday song and we had a wonderful dessert. Wonderful Italian here in Grass Valley.

Good food, good service, and sidewalk sitting is nice with fans on! Tiny bit pricey, but worth it.

Good food and fast pleasant service. We don't live in the area but we get up here a fair amount. We will be adding this to our preferred list. If I had any complaint at all it was the pricing, its on the high side. Overall experience was great though.

Pretty good food fun atmosphere

The first time I had spaghetti and meatballs it was great. The following two times there was way too much rosemary seasoning which overpowered the meat. Please have someone Eldorado taste and give an opinion

This place is worth trying. They have large portions for convenient rates. Always well organized and with fantastic mood. Would recommend to others.

Sergio's is, from my experience, the best restaurant in town. Food and service are always excellent! Never had a bad meal at Sergio's and we frequent this location. Be sure to ask about the specials. They can be a bit more expensive than other dishes but are worth it!

Birthday dinner on 6/23/20, even got to say hello to Sergio! I ordered the Filet Mignon steak special. It was 8-9 oz's and cooked perfectly to my request. I have not had a filet this good anywhere in Nev Cty. Hubs had chicken ravioli and half my steak (it was so big). Good wine, lovely side salad and very good service. Great food overall.

Had lunch here on Great Race day. Sidewalk seating and eating while the cars came into town. The food is acceptable. Our server was Excellent.

Delicious food and excellent service. Provided a delicious meal for the one vegan in our group letting them know that only plant based oils will be used. Most servers elsewhere don't even think about that.
